Elm Ave Tree Well Replacement Project (7th to Van Ness) PW 25-006 RFP

Description: This RFP is for tree well improvements along Elm Avenue, including the removal of existing tree grates, soil, and pea gravel, protection of irrigation and tree root balls, delivery of existing grates to storage, and the construction of new Rubberway single-layer porous pavement tree wells, along with the planting of eleven Chinese Pistache trees.
