Electrical Maintenance & Repair Services: Residential, High Rise, & Construction

Description: MPHA is seeking bids for electrical maintenance and repair across residential properties, high-rise buildings, and office facilities, as well as construction-related electrical work. The scope includes residential electrical fixtures and equipment, high-rise switchgear, emergency generators, transfer switches, and low-voltage equipment; construction work over $10,000 requires estimates, and work over $2,000 is subject to Davis-Bacon wage rates. Services will be performed at MPHA properties in Minneapolis under a 12-month initial term, with up to four additional one-year extensions.
