El Camino Vision Zero

Description: The City of Sacramento is seeking proposals for environmental clearance services for the El Camino Vision Zero project, with CEQA and NEPA clearance required because of federal funding. The RFP asks consultants to develop a scope covering the full project, including future design services, but the City will award only the environmental-clearance phase at this time. Consultants must review the Vision Zero Top 5 Corridor Study and recommend any additional improvements along El Camino Avenue; future design would include 60-, 90-, and 100-percent plans and specifications.
