The City is seeking an experienced economic development consultant to provide technical expertise, project management support, business outreach assistance, and implementation services to advance the City's economic development goals. The selected consultant will serve as an extension of City staff and provide on-call services on an as-needed basis. The City anticipates entering into a professional services agreement with an initial term of five years, with options for renewal.
