Eastside Hangar Development Phase II RFP

Description: Work includes qualified applicants for the construction of a hangar on the parcel of land currently occupied by the "fuel farm". Project aims to enhance the airport's infrastructure and accommodate growing aviation needs for the city. The awarded proposer will be required to receive plan approval from the airport advisory board, planning department, and execute an appropriate agreement to lease and develop the parcel. The term and cost to be agreed upon with the city should be commensurate with the proposed level of investment in the parcel and the nature of the proposed aeronautical activities.
