Work includes 1,944 SY reinforced concrete sidewalk, 541 SY reinforced concrete driveway, 94 SF detectable warning panel, 238 LF new straight vertical curb, 65 EA 2" radius staightback, 125 LF new back curb, 388 LF remove and stack existing curb at outer congress street, 622 SY loam, seed and mulch, 5 EA monument adjustment, erosion and sediment control. Remove and reconstruct bituminous driveway. Remove existing bituminous sidewalk and paver underlay. Reconstruct bituminous sidewalk and new steps with ADA compliant handrails. Construct new bituminous sidewalk. Remove and reconstruction bituminous patio. Remove and replace trench drain. Relocate shed. Install shed on new concrete pad. Construction ADA compliant concrete ramp with ADA compliant handrails. Site grading, loam, hydroseed, minor associated site improvements.
