Eastern Avenue Widening and Signal Modification Project RFP

Description: Eastern Avenue widening and signal modification project. The project will widen the roadway south of the intersection to create a dedicated left-turn lane and a separate northbound through lane. Traffic signals will be upgraded to accommodate the new lane configuration, including the installation of new signals, wiring, video detection equipment, controller equipment, handholes, and related infrastructure. The proposed roadway improvements include concrete pavement widening, sidewalks and accessible curb ramps, replacement of driveway approach aprons, topsoil and sod restoration, pavement markings, and erosion control measures. Bid items: 1 LS excavation, cl 13; 13 CY topsoil, off site; 198 SY of 9" pavement, PCC, DAV C-sud; 89 SY of 7" driveway, paved, PCC; 16 SY of 4" sidewalk, PCC; 1 LS traffic signal modifications; 12.4 sta painted pav marmings, durable.
