Professional Forestry Consulting Services
The City of Barrie is seeking an experienced professional to provide forestry consulting services for its urban and natural areas. The work includes objective advice on arboricultural and urban forestry matters, with emphasis on public safety, regulatory and technical requirements, and strategic considerations. The City manages approximately 1,600 hectares of natural areas and forests, 300 hectares of maintained parkland, 40,000 street trees, and 15,000 open-space park trees; submissions must be made online.
