Restroom / Pavilion Renovation at North Boulder Park RFP
Seeking the renovation of an existing shelter structure located on the north end of north boulder park. The existing shelter includes roughly 600sf of enclosed space under a roof structure that covers roughly 3300sf. The proposed renovation incudes addition of glazed wall panels, additional shaded outdoor space by extending the roofline to the east, existing roof structure opened to the south views of the flatirons, existing building opened to east views of the existing / future playground, removal of unneeded storage areas, a new metal roof, and new structural elements accommodating the increased / altered roof area.
