East Narrows Stormwater Management Action Plan (SMAP) (Request for Qualification)

Description: Provide civil and stormwater engineering design to improve water quality in Port Washington Narrows, Dyes Inlet, and Sinclair Inlet through planning of stormwater best management practices that will reduce stormwater pollutant loading from the East Narrows Basin in the city. Project will produce a stormwater management action plan (SMAP) for the East Narrows area and conceptual designs for a minimum of three stormwater treatment facilities. Work includes completion of all cultural and environmental reviews and supporting documents including SEPA checklist and inadvertent discovery plan.
