East Highline Reservoir Project

Description: Imperial Irrigation District is requesting proposals to construct a 2,100-acre-foot off-line storage reservoir and a 1.8-mile intake canal near Holtville, California. The project will divert water from the All-American Canal, store it, and release it to the East Highline Canal. The work also includes a lined release channel and emergency spillway, gated tie-in and inlet/outlet structures, required labor and materials, permits, documentation, and related services.
