Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation

The State of Delaware (Department of Services for Children, Youth & Their Families, Division of Prevention & Behavioral Health Services) is soliciting individual licensed mental health professionals to provide Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation (two full-time ECMHC positions for Kent and Sussex counties) to serve early learning settings for children birth to five. Proposals are due January 21, 2026 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time and submissions are to be sent as instructed on the buyer site; the contract term runs through September 30, 2027 with potential continuation pending performance and funding. Contractors must be individual licensed practitioners (Master’s degree or higher), pass criminal background checks, and maintain professional liability insurance (minimum limits noted by the buyer).
