Eagles Landing Golf Course Improvements (Request For Proposal)

Description: Work includes golf course hole improvements; tttf sod - turf type fescue three way blend; zoysia grass sod - innovation zoysia grass sod; install 50 LF of silt fence; strip and dispose of 2000' existing turf; reshape/fill 10 CY of existing material; install 130 lf of 4" n-12 solid drain pipe and one (1) 3'x3'x1.5' bubble-up sump tie-in with one (1) ton of trench gravel mix; remove sod from green and cut trench 5" wide x 16" deep, remove material, install two (2)" of trench mix, install 100 LF of 2" micro slit pipe with five (5) tons of trench mix, hand tamp and replace sod
