Description: E unit, shower replacement/increase ventilation. Project Work includes remodeling portions of a single-story pre-engineered metal building currently in use as a dormitory for part of a detention facility. Scope includes the replacement of exterior and interior vestibule doors as well as a remodel of the shower facilities to improve ventilation and update facility to current accessibility, safety, and anti-ligature standards. Affected floor area is roughly 620 square feet and includes alternates for replacement of toilet partitions and fixtures. See attached file.

To perform the installation of showers replacement. but are not limited to: a) Remove and dispose of (1) shower stall in room #A123. b) Remove and dispose of (2) shower stall in room #C105. c) Remove and dispose of (1) shower stall in room #C113. d) Remove and dispose of shower valves in room #A123, #C105 and #C113. e) Install (4) Moen Posi-Temp rough valves with chrome trim. f) Add ½” isolation valves to (4) shower stalls. g) Install new drain/p-trap to (4) shower stalls. h) Test all plumbing for leaks. i) Contractor is responsible for all material and related debris from this project must be removed from plot boundaries. j) Contractor is responsible for any and all labor, required materials to perform project.
