Description: The County of Fresno's General Services Department, Facility Services Division (GSD-Facility Services) is soliciting proposals from pre-qualified Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) on its County Master Agreement Qualified List (Contract P-25-016, established via RFSQ 24-069) for a Turnkey Energy Efficiency Project. The work covers targeted energy efficiencies, renewable energy, and infrastructure modernization services at three distinct County facilities: Clovis Campus Building Six, Plaza Building, and Juvenile Justice Campus. Proposals must be submitted by pre-qualified ESCOs via the Public Purchase system and are due by 10:00 AM PDT on September 1, 2026.
