Description: The Delaware River and Bay Authority (DRBA), through its Cape May-Lewes Ferry (CMLF) system, is soliciting sealed bids under Contract No. CMLF-26-02 for the mandated dry-docking and overhaul/repairs of the M/V New Jersey ferry vessel. The contract covers the annual vessel maintenance and dry-docking program for fiscal year 2026, including all required hull, mechanical, structural, and regulatory inspection/repair work performed at a qualified shipyard. Bidders must be qualified shipyards able to haul out, dry-dock, and return the vessel to service, with responses due by the published deadline.
