Utility Improvements include approx. 6,640 LF of 12" to 8" PVC water, 3,475 LF of 8" sanitary sewer, 4,447 LF of 7' x 5' RCB through 18" RCP onsite storm sewer, 155 LF of 8' x 4' RCB and 18" RCP storm sewer, and all related miscellaneous items and appurtenances.
