DQ CMS #202649 Regional Planning Roundtables Program

The Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) seeks a consultant to implement a Regional Planning Roundtables program to support local governments with housing, land use, transportation, and environmental planning challenges. The consultant will provide neutral leadership, facilitate up to five regional roundtable meetings, help select a pilot region, support commission launch and activities, and develop potential foundations of a regional planning framework. The contract is for approximately 12 months with an estimated budget of $80,000–$100,000 and requires monthly invoicing and periodic reporting.
