Description: The City of Norwalk seeks a contractor to dredge and properly dispose upland of approximately 200 cubic yards of accumulated sand and silt from the Total Marine boat launching area at the outlet of a 90-inch storm drain. Removal and disposal must comply with the contract specifications and applicable U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection permitting requirements. The City of Charleston (City) is accepting Bid Proposals for construction services for the Cumberland Street Outfall Improvement Project. The City will receive submittals until Dec. 16, 2026 at 2:00 pm at 2 George Street, Suite 2100, Charleston, SC 29401. The Work will include the hydroexcavation of 335 LF of open channel at the Cumberland Street drainage outfall, including traffic control and any necessary matting and dewatering, in order to re-establish the channel back to design conditions, as shown in the Drawings. All related documents will be available on the City of Charleston website (Business, Bidline, Stormwater), or may be obtained by submitting a request to Joe Gaul at gaulj@charleston-sc.gov or 843-754-3556.

It also includes lead water service line replacement throughout the project limits.
