Cumberland Street Outfall Improvement Project RFP

Description: The City of Charleston (City) is accepting Bid Proposals for construction services for the Cumberland Street Outfall Improvement Project. The City will receive submittals until Dec. 16, 2026 at 2:00 pm at 2 George Street, Suite 2100, Charleston, SC 29401. The Work will include the hydroexcavation of 335 LF of open channel at the Cumberland Street drainage outfall, including traffic control and any necessary matting and dewatering, in order to re-establish the channel back to design conditions, as shown in the Drawings.
