Description: Rhp funds not only to act directly, subject to state law and rhp requirements but to carry out activities through employees and contractors in all geographic areas within its jurisdiction, including entitlement areas and tribal areas. The state of connecticut will prioritize the distribution of funds in the service area of the fairfield county continuum of care, service availability through the court support services division of the state of connecticut judicial branch in the creation of transitional housing.
