Qualified organizations to provide administrative support services for the Home Improvement Program (HIP). The purpose of this RFQ is to identify qualified organizations capable of assisting Owner with homeowner outreach, application processing, eligibility determination, and other administrative activities as assigned that are necessary for the administration of HOME Homeowner Rehabilitation activities and other housing rehabilitation programs.
