Description: ALL-INCLUSIVE BASE ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION & SCANNING PLATFORM-(INCLUDES ALL SETUP/IMPLEMENTATION FEES, ONBOARDING, SSO INTEGRATION, DOCUMENT DISCOVERY, WCAG SCANNING, AUTO-REMEDIATION ENGINE, UNLIMITED STORAGE, AND USER LICENSES FOR ALL WEB PROPERTIES LISTED IN APPENDIX A) ADDITIONAL SITE ADD-ON FEE Per Page-IF ADDITIONAL UNIQUE FQDN OR SUBDOMAINS NEED WCAG SCANNING, AUTO-REMEDIATION THAT WERE NOT INCLUDED IN APPENDIX A DURING CONTRACT TERM, INCLUDING SETUP/CONFIGURATION The quantities indicated on the Pricing Pages foR (Additional Site Add-On Fee) are estimated figures provided strictly for bid evaluation purposes only. The State makes no guarantees, express or implied, as to the actual number of additional sites or add-on licenses that will be ordered under this Contract. Actual purchases will be made on an as-needed basis throughout the contract term. The Vendor shall be paid only for actual, authorized quantities ordered and delivered at the fixed unit prices bid. The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the West Virginia Office of Technology (WVOT) to establish an open-end contract for the purchase of a document content scanner and remediation platform, training, and deployment services as more fully described in the specifications contained herein.
