Trees and Tree Planting RFP
It is the intent of the City of Philadelphia to purchase Tree and Tree Planting in accordance with Section 2 of this Invitation and Bid. All quotes must be submitted through PHLContracts no later than 10:30 AM on the date that the related bid opens. Quotes will not be accepted after the bid opening. It is the seller's responsibility to ensure that its quote is submitted in a timely manner. 25051 001 050 District # 1 Tree planting, planted in an existing tree pit or open area, trunk size: 2" to 2-1/2" caliper, in accordance with American Nursery Landscape Association, Procurement Dept. Spec. 26-P-2i:18 and all terms and conditions of the listed contract; cost includes: tree, planting and one (1) year maintenance per 2.3.1.1. 25051 001 051 District # 1 Tree planting, planted in an existing tree pit or open area, trunk size: over 2-1/2" to 3" caliper, in accordance with American Nursery Landscape Association, Procurement Dept. Spec. 26-P-2i:18 and all terms and conditions of the listed contract; cost includes: tree, planting and one (1) year maintenance per 2.3.1.2. 25051 001 052 District # 1 Tree planting, concrete cutting required, 9 sq. ft. to 20 sq. ft; trunk size 2" to 2-1/2" caliper, in accordance with American Association of Nurserymen, Procurement Dept. Spec. 26-P-2i:18 and all terms and conditions of the listed contract; cost includes: tree, concrete cut, planting and one (1) year maintenance per 2.3.1.3. 25051 001 053 District # 1 Tree planting, concrete cutting required, 21 sq ft. to 36 sq. ft; trunk size 2" to 2-1/2" caliper, in accordance with American Association of Nurserymen, Procurement Dept. Spec. 26-P-2i:18 and all terms and conditions of the listed contract; cost includes: tree, concrete cut, planting and one (1) year maintenance per 2.3.1.4. 25051 001 054 District # 1 Tree planting, concrete cutting required, 9 sq. ft to 20 sq ft; trunk size 2.5" to 3" caliper, in accordance with American Association of Nurserymen, Procurement Dept. Spec. 26-P-2i:18 and all terms and conditions of the listed contract; cost includes: tree, concrete cut, planting and one (1) year maintenance per 2.3.1.5.
