All-in-One Portable Satellite Internet Terminals. For bidding purposes, enter the unit price for 40 units for one month. Activation Fee, One-Time per Unit Set-up Fee per Kit. Set-up includes modem configuration and server set-up. Hardware installation will be performed by the Agency. Shipping and Handling Fee, one-time per kit Business Data Service Plan with monthly data allocation at a minimum of (50) Fifty Gigabytes (GB) per unit, to be billed monthly. For bidding purposes, enter the unit price for 40 units for one month. Annual Satellite Internet Service Technical Support per kit. For bidding purposes, enter the unit price for 40 units for one month. The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Land Restoration (WVDEP-DLR, "Agency") to establish an open-end contract for Starlink Mini, or equal, Satellite Internet Service, Equipment and Support Plans per the attached specifications and terms and conditions.
