Distributed Scheduler RFP

Description: The Ohio Department of Administrative Services, through its Office of Procurement Services, is soliciting proposals for licensing and transition support for a commercial off-the-shelf distributed workload scheduler or orchestration system. The solution must run on specified on-premise platforms with high availability and provide artifact management, audit, authentication, automation, integrations, secure managed file transfer, migration, and monitoring. The contract begins upon a state-issued purchase order, must be production-ready by June 30, 2027, and proposals are due October 6, 2026.
