Description: The Town of Chapel Hill is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide disaster management, recovery, and consulting services following natural or manmade disasters. The selected contractor is expected to provide debris monitoring, emergency management planning and training, and damage assessment and administration services, with experience managing at least 150,000 cubic yards of debris for government entities. The contract is expected to run from award through June 30, 2027, with options for two additional one-year extensions.
