DHS IFB Choate Medical Director

Description: The Illinois Department of Human Services is seeking a Medical Director at Choate Center, located at 1000 North Main Street, Anna, IL 62906. The full-time role covers the I/DD Forensics 40-bed unit and DBHR 75-bed units, requires board certification as a Psychiatrist for DBHR coverage, and includes supervision of mid-level providers, oversight of care, administrative and patient-care meetings, and a 37.5-hour Monday-Friday schedule. Services are to begin upon contract execution and continue through June 30, 2029, with an all-inclusive hourly rate that includes malpractice insurance coverage.
