The program shall provide fsga and haaf units with training and assistance to aid in meeting army objectives for deployment, gcss army data entry and processing for maintenance and supply to include unit level tasks, ground maintenance, small arms, drivers training, conduct formal logistics readiness training, unit assistant visits, assess equipment readiness and provide corrective solutions to systemic problems. Services will also include the ability to execute tasked missions associated with supply and maintenance activities, providing a planned and coordinated program, course curriculum, subject or routine instruction in professional, technical, administrative, or other fields designed to improve individual and organization performance and assist in achieving the agency’s mission. Support provided shall be full-time staffing to conduct staff assist visits for 26 battalion level and below units, assist division g4 with command inspections for five (5) brigade level units and below, and teach not less than ten (10) atrrs logistics courses and not less than five (5) non-atrrs courses throughout the year. The specific efforts required of the contractor are those task areas detailed in section five (5) of this document. The contractor shall perform non-personal services in these primary areas. The contractor shall ensure professional execution of this effort in support of the 3 rd infantry division units’ mission. In the event of a national emergency this contract shall have the capability to be surged. This service contract shall have a period of performance (pop) of 12 months plus four (4) option years.
