Development of Global Training Curriculum for WRI’s Safe, Equitable and Inclusive Workplace Policy (Request for Proposals )

Description: Seeking a partner to design training that puts staff experience and WRI’s values at the centre of the approach. The purpose of the training is not only to explain policy requirements, but to help every staff member understand what a safe, respectful and inclusive workplace looks like in practice, and how values such as Care, Integrity and Partnership should shape day-to-day behavior, decision-making and response. The training should build confidence, trust and shared accountability across the institute, so that staff know what is expected, where to go for support, and how to contribute to a culture where inappropriate behavior is prevented, addressed and not normalized.
