Designer Advertisement – Centennial East Development Plan

Description: NC State University is soliciting architectural/engineering services for a master planning study to develop the Centennial East development plan. The study will define development patterns and densities, utility and street infrastructure concepts, campus connectivity, historic preservation, and a phasing strategy with infrastructure costs and short- and medium-term projects, with a target budget of $350,000.
