The intent is to develop a complete, coordinated roof replacement design that ensures long-term performance, maintains manufacturer warranty coverage, and addresses all existing conditions including penetrations, parapets, and flashing details. The selected firm will prepare design documents suitable for competitive bidding, provide bid-phase support, and deliver construction administration services, including but not limited to on-site inspections during construction.
