RFP-0657-TPD-REBID - DESIGN SERVICES FOR DISTRICT 4 SUBDIVISION SITES 1 AND 6
The Gila River Indian Community seeks qualified civil engineering firms to design two residential subdivisions in District 4, each approximately 19 acres. The scope includes preliminary and final plats, roadway, grading, drainage, water, sewer, and utility plans, construction documents, drainage and water/sewer concept reports, and construction administration. The selected firm must complete the services within 360 days after notice to proceed and coordinate with the Community’s Department of Public Works, including on potential lift-station designs.
