Description: Purpose: The City of Havre de Grace is requesting proposals for a Design \& Feasibility Study to construct a public use Youth Activity Park on City owned property. This project is in alignment with the City's goals outlined in our Comprehensive Plan and Sustainable Communities of Maryland Plan. Project Schedule: RFP Publication Date: October 22, 2026 Pre-Bid Meeting (remote): November 5, 2026 at 2pm held remotely Final Date to Submit Questions: November 18, 2026 Proposal Due Date: December 1, 2026 by 3pm Mandatory Conference Date Date: November 5, 2026 at 2:00 PM EST Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting: on November 5, 2026 at 2pm held virtually. In order to receive call in credentials, you must email your register intent to Michele Widman, Procurement Officer at michelew@havredegracemd.com and no later than August 25, 2026 by 5pm.
