COTP Series Capacitor Two-Phase Design Build
DESIGN BUILD: Replace the 525-kV series capacitor banks. Design-Build proposal shall include engineering design, manufacturing and/or procurement, construction, and commissioning of equipment by removing and replacing the existing series capacitor banks with new and in-kind series capacitor banks (no changes to series capacitor size, rating, segmentation, and line compensation level) and ancillary equipment such as but not limited to breakers, line and ground motor-operated disconnect switches and protection and control devices.
