Description: The Department of the Air Force seeks a firm-fixed-price design-build construction contractor to renovate the Outdoor Recreation Facility in Building 164 at Homestead Air Reserve Base, Florida. The work includes design, demolition, roofing and exterior-envelope improvements, interior renovations, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and lighting work, site improvements, testing, inspections, warranties, and closeout documentation. The requirement includes base Phases 1 and 2 and a separately priced optional Phase 3, with performance scheduled for 360 calendar days after notice to proceed.
