Access to the new attic space is required for maintenance, operations, and future replacements. New roofing system shall carry a 20-year minimum warranty covering materials, workmanship, wind speeds up to 90 mph and a hail writer covering up to 1,5” hail. • Design, furnish, and installation of a new residential-type HVAC system capable of providing heating and cooling to the entire facility and fitting the new attic space. The new HVAC shall conform to all applicable codes. • Demolition and removal of existing baseboard heaters and associated electrical components. Utilize existing electrical outlets where required.
