Design & Construction Engineering Services for REO Town Public Infrastructure Improvements (Request for Proposal)
The selected consultant will provide professional design concepts, preliminary scoping, contract bid document preparation, and construction engineering services for district-level public infrastructure and placemaking improvements. Key focus areas include field investigations, evaluating design alternatives, public space enhancements, streetscape upgrades, wayfinding and interactive lighting systems, transit stop improvements, dog park integration, and river trail access/surface enhancements. The consultant is responsible for securing necessary permits, providing full-time and part-time construction inspection and materials testing over an estimated 30-week construction period, and delivering final AutoCAD record as-built drawings following project completion.
