Description: Task A1: Project Familiarity Review (Phase 1 and Phase 2): The PF shall review the Agency site’s documentation related to Phase 1 and Phase 2 efforts to become familiar with the project scope. Task A2: Omitted. Task A3: Proposal Development and Task Order Award Support (Phase 2 only): Provide technical support to the CO/COR during the development of the Investment Grade Audit (IGA), the final proposal, and negotiation and award of the task order associated with the Phase 2 effort. Subtask A3.3: Engineering and Economic Reviews for Project Development (Phase 2 only): Provide technical support to the CO/COR during the development of the ESPC project, including the reviews of the Final Proposal/revised IGA.
