Description: The project includes the following work:Installation of new steel enclosure (included columns, beams, panels, and gates over the top of existing mechanical yard. Installation of new steel enclosure (included columns, beams, panels, and gates over the top of existing mechanical yard. Removal and replacement of utilidor concrete covers for installation of mechanical piping work minor cutting and patching of interior finishes after install of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work.
