Closing soonDEN Learning Management System (LMS) (Request For Proposal)
Description: Seeking to procure and implement an enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) to centralize and modernize the administration of regulatory, operational, and professional development training for City and County employees and external airport stakeholders. The scope of work includes LMS configuration and implementation, data migration, integration with DEN enterprise systems such as Workday, IDMS, Veoci, and Microsoft 365, automated training and compliance workflows, reporting and analytics, administrator training, licensing, maintenance, and technical support. The solution will also support DEN-specific regulatory requirements, including FAA Part 139 training, airfield driver training, and endorsement tracking. The initial-year budget was established as a not-to-exceed amount based on the anticipated cost of software licensing, implementation, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live services. Subsequent renewal periods will be funded annually based on recurring software licensing, maintenance, and technical support costs. This procurement is necessary because DEN currently relies on fragmented training systems and manual administrative processes that limit visibility, consistency, and scalability. A centralized LMS will improve training accessibility, data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and workforce readiness by reducing manual administration, automating recurrent training and compliance.
