The scope of work requires the contractor to perform total structure demolition, including asbestos determination and removal, black mold remediation following safety protocols, and clearing all trash, junk, and tagged vegetation from the property. The contractor must secure a demolition permit, handle and pay for all utility disconnects after notifying "MISS DIG", and strictly comply with Part 91 erosion control provisions. All slabs, foundations, and footings must be completely removed to a depth of 42" below grade, leaving only the driveway approaches unless commercial parking lots are also ordered removed. Finally, the contractor must pass a mandatory backfill inspection, compact the excavated area to grade with clean fill, pass a final inspection, and restore all affected private property and public rights-of-way with seed and straw.
