Description: The US Army Corps of Engineers, New York District seeks a firm-fixed-price construction contractor to demolish an existing building and provide a turnkey modular office facility at the US Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, New York. Work includes demolition of a 10,000-square-foot building with a basement, an in-ground pool and pool shed, hazardous-material abatement and disposal, and site and utility improvements. The project also includes approximately 5,700 square feet of modular office space, foundations, utility connections, site lighting, and furniture, fixtures and equipment.
