This contract provides for asbestos and lead abatement and complete demolition of the existing fire tower and wood shed. including, but not limited to, removal of associated structural foundations, concrete slabs, and appurtenances; backfilling and HMA restoration of the area disturbed by fire tower demolition; topsoil placement and seeding of the area disturbed by wood shed demolition; and other associated work, all in accordance with the contract documents.
