Delaware Outside School Time Programs (Request for Application) RFP

Description: Outside school time programs. Awarded OST programs are expected to be implemented within the school and must provide opportunities for students to arrive at school one (1) hour before the regular school day, remain at school for up to two (2) hours following the regular school day, and participate in eight (8) weeks of summer programming. Applications must include all three components: before-school, after-school, and summer programming. OST programs must be designed around specific, measurable academic goals and utilize an externally validated, standardized, or published curriculum. Applications must identify the curriculum to be implemented and describe how it will support the proposed program goals and student outcomes.
