Delaware Basin North Project - (Modification at Compressor Station 168)

Description: The project involves to perform modifications at its existing Compressor Station 168 (“CS 168”). The proposed modifications will allow Natural to transport gas from the rapidly growing Delaware Basin production area to existing receipt and delivery points and will create approx. 50,000 dekatherms (“Dth”) per day of firm transportation capacity along Natural’s Amarillo System in Segment 8 of Natural’s Permian Zone. The proposed Project will include controls upgrade to the existing Unit 1 and replacement of an older less efficient Unit 2 with a larger compressor unit at CS 168. All construction activities for the proposed Project will be within the existing boundary of the CS 168 property. The project consists of the following activities: Unit 1 controls upgrade, abandonment in place of Unit 2, and installation of a Caterpillar 5,500-horsepower (“hp”) compressor, Unit 3.
