Deer Creek Sanitary Trunk Sewer Extension Phase 1 RFP

Description: Phase 1 project includes the extension of a 30" sanitary trunk sewer from an existing manhole; 120 LF south of NE 102nd Avenue and will continue north to approx 2,600 LF north of NE 102nd Avenue, following Fourmile Creek. The construction improvements include roughly 550 LF of trenchless sanitary sewer installation, 2,500 LF of trenched sanitary sewer installation, installation of sanitary manholes ranging from 48" to 72", and connection to an existing manhole. Additional improvements include excavation, erosion control, final surface restoration, and miscellaneous associated work.
