Debt Collection Services

Description: Washington State's Department of Enterprise Services is seeking qualified vendors to provide professional debt-collection services on a statewide basis for state agencies, higher-education institutions, and other public entities. The contract covers three categories — General Collections, Educational Collections, and Court-Ordered Collections — including full account management, payment processing, fund remittance, and reporting, but does not include the purchase of debt. Up to 12 contracts may be awarded (up to 2 Main and 2 Reserved awards per category) with a 72-month term and extension option, and bidders must be licensed Washington collection agencies meeting insurance, FDCPA, and data-security requirements.
