Description: CAL FIRE is soliciting a contractor, through a sell-event/RFx procurement rather than a grant program, to install the CZU Headquarters Keyless Entry and Access Control System. The contractor must supply materials, labor, equipment, permits, transportation, and related fees to procure, install, configure, and commission a cloud-managed enterprise access control system for the San Mateo-Santa Cruz Unit Headquarters. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for August 13, 2026, at 9:30 AM at CAL FIRE CZU Headquarters in Felton, California, and the event closes August 25, 2026, at 5:00 PM PDT.
