Description: Argonne National Laboratory seeks a supplier to design, fabricate, deliver, support installation, and commission a custom industrial furnace for R&D testing of fuel-flexible burners using natural gas and hydrogen blends from 0–100% H₂. The furnace must support direct-fired and indirect-fired burner configurations and meet the Statement of Work requirements for performance, facility interfaces, applicable codes, and safety. Award will use a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable method, with technical acceptability evaluated on a pass/fail basis and award to the lowest-priced responsible offeror that meets the requirements.
